and no two baskets will ever be exactly the same, like they would be from a factory.

The process is slow and involves a lot of time and different skill sets for weaving, stitching and shaping. The leather work is then completed.”

MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER…

We try to limit our carbon footprint by shipping in containers by sea to our warehouse in the UK

(in used cardboard boxes which we use again for wholesale orders). Fully compostable potato sacks

are used for retail orders. The objective of our business is to make and sell sustainably made, beautiful, strong baskets

that are genuinely re-usable time and again, reducing the need for single-use plastic bags…

My business is run by me and a very small team of lovely people who pick, pack and send the orders at the warehouse.
