Our payments are secure, linking directly to the Stripe payment gateway. We do not see nor retain any of your card payment information, password etc and we never share or sell any of your information with third parties unless it is directly related and necessary for your purchase and delivery – Stripe, Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DHL and their forwarding partners in other countries etc..

For UK customers, we can take valid credit and debit cards over the phone, although it is always easier, quicker and more secure to use our Stripe online checkout. If you prefer this method though, please phone us to place your order on 07810 857236.

VAT (UK sales tax) at the prevailing rate of 20% is included in all retail prices shown. Wholesale prices for Trade customers are excluding VAT. VAT will be added on checkout. VAT is not added for purchases outside the EU and will be reviewed for EU purchases once the UK has left the EU and guidelines are clear. Appropriate arrangements for imports should be arranged by customers in the receiving country. Please check any requirements and duty as you will be liable for any additional charges or paperwork that is necessary.
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

For trade customers, the Minimum Order Value (MOV) is £200 plus VAT for a wholesale order. You must be a registered and approved wholesale customer. Any bespoke order pricing will be negotiated at the time of order confirmation.
